2. Product Information & Pricing
Accuracy: We strive for maximum accuracy in descriptions and images. However, please note that actual colors and details may vary slightly due to digital display settings and lighting conditions.
Pricing: All prices are in Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust rates without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
3. Payment Security & Billing Descriptor
Secure Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. Your sensitive financial data is never stored on our servers.
Billing Descriptor: Charges on your bank statement will appear as PAWSKEEPCO. To avoid unnecessary transaction disputes, please recognize this name on your statement. For any payment concerns, please contact us first for a direct resolution.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment Hub To ensure reliable service for our European customers, all orders are dispatched from our official fulfillment center:

Timelines: Processing takes 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery typically ranges between 3-7 business days post-dispatch, depending on destination and courier efficiency. Full tracking information will be provided for every order.
5. Order Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.
Standard Products: In accordance with EU consumer protection standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging.
Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved preview.
Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
6. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
Our Rights: All site content and the pawskeepco brand are the property of ALYSSADOLLS PET INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
User Warranty: You warrant that you own all rights to any images or designs uploaded for customization. You agree not to upload content that infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights.
Compliance Screening: We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order that we suspect may infringe on third-party rights or violate our community standards.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold ALYSSADOLLS PET INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the content you submit.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or significant supply chain disruptions affecting our Netherlands warehouse.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Singapore.
