COPYRIGHT NOTICE

1. Copyright Ownership All designs, graphics, and images you upload (collectively, “Designs”) remain your intellectual property. The Company claims no ownership over the content you provide, provided you possess valid legal rights to such content.

2. Customer Warranty & Content Screening As the customer, you strictly represent and warrant that:

Legal Rights: You are the sole copyright owner or have obtained all necessary licenses for the commercial reproduction of the uploaded Designs.

Prohibited Content: You warrant that Designs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.

Right to Refuse: The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen all uploaded Designs. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to process and refund any order that we suspect violates third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Indemnification & Legal Responsibility You agree to be solely responsible for any copyright disputes, claims, or damages arising from your Designs. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold ALYSSADOLLS PET INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any breach of these warranties.

4. Limited Usage License By uploading your Design, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific order. We will not use your Design for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit, separate written consent.

5. DMCA & Takedown Procedure We respect the intellectual property of others. If we receive a legitimate notice of alleged infringement, we will immediately remove the content and cancel any pending orders. To report an infringement, please contact our Compliance Officer with formal evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from Designs that violate third-party rights.
