REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. General Return Policy (Standard Products)

Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method.

2. Customized Products

Definition: These are goods tailored to your specific specifications (e.g., personalized or custom-made goods).

Policy: Due to their unique nature, customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective/Damaged Goods: Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence if your custom product is damaged or incorrect.

3. The Return Process To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Step 3: Fulfillment Center Instructions: Our team will provide the specific return instructions for our official European fulfillment center in the Netherlands.

4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.

Our Responsibility: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect goods dispatched from our fulfillment center.

5. Refund Processing Time Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.
